Very nice. It is designed for young people. Many steps to go down to the beach.

Clean, spacious room. Great view of the sea. Shared kitchen serves its purpose. The location is quiet. You can quickly get to Mazunte on foot.

Overall, a lot of things seem to be getting old. We had nicer bathrooms for significantly less money per night. The outdoor area doesn't look like it's been cared for with any care either. The pool was closed almost permanently for cleaning over our four day stay which was really frustrating.

I had the most perfect stay at this stunning place, overviewing the sea. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is clean and super comfortable to chill and hang out. You can reach the sea via private staircases. For watching the beautiful sunrise, I even didn’t have to get out of the cosy bed. And to watch the sunset it’s just a few minutes walk by feet. The accommodation with kitchen has everything you need. I am already dreaming of coming back!

The accommodation is on a hill and allows beautiful views of some beaches. It has direct access to a beach and the Hridaya yoga center. It is an ideal place to be quiet and enjoy the beauty of the place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It seems expensive to me considering that, probably due to its age, it has areas that are not so 'optimal' and could be improved: the exterior floors, details in the bathroom such as showers, etc. I mean, it is a very special place but there are old structures and facilities and the price is not so fair to me.
